Evaluation access
TANKWISE is provided for limited private-beta evaluation by agricultural professionals. Access may be changed, suspended, or withdrawn, and features or datasets may change without notice.
Professional responsibility and label precedence
TANKWISE is a decision-support and reference tool, not a pesticide label, prescription, warranty, or substitute for professional judgment. The current EPA-approved product label and applicable law always control. Users are responsible for confirming product identity, crop, rate, timing, restrictions, tank compatibility, and rotation intervals before making a recommendation or application.
Data and AI limitations
Product data may be incomplete, outdated, extracted by software, or limited to selected labels. Label AI may misunderstand text or produce an incorrect response. Verify all outputs against the source label and manufacturer guidance. Do not use TANKWISE for emergency, medical, spill-response, or poisoning instructions.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to bypass access controls or rate limits, extract or redistribute datasets without permission, interfere with the service, submit malicious instructions, or use TANKWISE in violation of pesticide laws, intellectual-property rights, or third-party data licenses.
No warranty
The beta is provided as-is and as available, without warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability, to the extent allowed by law.
Feedback
You may provide suggestions or error reports through the contact form. TANKWISE may use that feedback to improve the service, without including confidential customer information.
Changes
These beta terms may be updated as the product, data providers, accounts, or subscription model changes. Continued beta use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
