Information TANKWISE processes
Calculator selections, favorites, and saved tank information are stored locally on your device using browser or app storage. TANKWISE does not currently provide user accounts.
When you use Label AI, your question and relevant excerpts from the selected product label are sent through the TANKWISE server to Anthropic to generate an answer. Do not enter customer-identifying information, confidential records, or sensitive personal data.
When you submit the beta feedback form, TANKWISE receives the name, email, role, tool, device information, and message you provide.
How information is used
Information is used to operate Label AI, respond to beta feedback, diagnose problems, improve product coverage, prevent abuse, and maintain service security.
Service providers
TANKWISE uses Netlify for website hosting, functions, rate limiting, and feedback-form processing, and Anthropic for Label AI responses. These providers process information under their own service terms and privacy commitments.
Retention and choices
Local app data remains on your device until you clear browser/app storage or remove the app. Beta feedback and operational records are retained only as reasonably needed for support, security, and product development. You may request access to or deletion of a feedback submission through the contact form.
Agricultural information
Do not submit regulated personal information or confidential grower, retailer, pricing, field, or application records during the beta. TANKWISE is not intended for emergency communications.
Changes
This policy may change as accounts, subscriptions, analytics, TELUS data services, or other features are introduced. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are made.
